1. Returns

At Ulysses Elegance, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Return requests should be sent via email to [email protected], including your order details and reason for the return.
  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued as store credit or an exchange; we do not offer cash refunds.
  • If the item is damaged or not in its original condition, we may refuse the return or offer a partial refund.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), we do not provide refunds via bank transfers or online payments.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be provided in the form Cash .

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
